Wi-Fi QR brick model
Guest Wi-Fi, built into the room. Scan once. Join without typing.
Encode a guest network as a physical 3D QR model for a café, studio, office, or event. Credentials are processed in this browser, and the password is not printed as plain text in the construction PDF.
A useful display object
A network sign people will keep on the counter.
Instead of printing another disposable card, build the Wi-Fi login into a tree, skyline, or landmark. Anyone who scans the top projection can join, so use a guest network and place the model where access is intentional.
Privacy
The credentials stay in the local generator.
The SSID, security mode, and password are encoded into the QR value in your browser. QR to Brick does not need an account or upload the entered credentials to generate the model.
Access control
Treat the finished model like a visible password.
Anyone who can scan it may be able to join the network. Use an isolated guest network, rotate credentials when the audience changes, and avoid placing it in a public window.
Construction
The Wi-Fi payload uses the same verified build system.
Choose any model profile, scan the Top / QR view, and download the same free PDF, parts CSV, and LEGO upload list used by link-based models.
Set up safely
Three decisions before generating the model.
Use a guest network
Keep visitors separate from private devices and internal services.
Enter exact credentials
Network names and passwords are case-sensitive; select the correct security mode.
Test with another device
Scan the preview and the finished build before putting the model into service.
Wi-Fi model FAQ
Security and compatibility, without vague promises.
- Does QR to Brick upload my Wi-Fi password?
- No. The QR value and model are generated in your browser. Opening an external parts supplier is a separate action and does not include the Wi-Fi credentials.
- Is the password printed in the PDF?
- No. The PDF identifies the network and security type, but it does not print the password as plain text.
- Which Wi-Fi security modes are supported?
- WPA-family networks, WEP, and open networks are available in the generator.
- Should I use my main home or office network?
- Use a guest network whenever possible. The physical model is designed to be scanned by people near it.
